Download as iCal file

Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 07:00pm - 09:00pm

Following recent reports of dramatic, widespread declines in North American bird populations, Vermont Center for Ecostudies (VCE) Executive Director Chris Rimmer will present an overview of this topic, with special relevance to Vermont. Chris will discuss the many natural and human-caused factors that affect bird populations, how Vermont's avifauna has changed, and how VCE is tracking these changes. He will also highlight how we can all act to improve the outlook for resident and migratory birds we cherish.

It is sponsored by SoutheasternVT Audubon Society and the Brooks Memorial Library in Brattleboro  and will take place Tuesday March 17th at 7pm.  The Rain Date is Monday, March 23.
