Garden Tools are ready!
The tool cottage is open for the season beginning Friday, May 1, at 3:30 p.m. It’s stocked with rakes, gloves, shovels, cultivators, post hole diggers, and many more tools to help your yard and garden thrive. The garden tools are part of the Field to Fork project launched with the help of Brattleboro’s Sustainability coordinator in 2022.
All library cardholders in good standing can reserve and borrow tools.
Need seeds? Check out the Seed Library!
Free seed packets are available in the library! You’ll find them on the first floor, free to all.
You don’t need a library card to borrow and share seeds.
The other end of the fork: Kitchen Tools
Field to Fork, the library has the tools you need. Reserve and borrow kitchen tools, from food processors to dehydrators, available year-round through the circulation desk on the first floor.
