Free admission or reduced cost with your library card
Explore the culture and beauty of our area with passes for museums, parks, nature centers, and performance venues. Some passes are funded by the Friends of Brooks Memorial Library and others are generously donated by the institutions.
Tips for using passes
- Advance reservations are strongly recommended to ensure the pass you want is available! Reserve a pass up to 60 days in advance. Use the button above, or call the library.
- Our online pass reservation system requires an email address and your library card number to make a reservation. If you cannot reserve a pass online, please call the circulation desk at (802) 254-5290 ext. 0 to ask about pass availability.
- Please make your reservation for the day you will pick up your pass. You must pick up the physical pass at the library.
- Returnable passes go out for 3 days, including the day of pickup.
- Be sure to check the hours and open days for museums and parks! See web links in the reservation system.
- Each pass offers different benefits, from discounts to free admission for whole groups. Check details in the reservation system, or ask a library staff member.
- Return passes in the after-hours book drop or at the library desk.
Please return your pass on time! Because an overdue pass can spoil the next borrower’s plans, late passes incur a fine of $5.00 per day.
