Tim Kipp will present the fifty-year history of corporate, social, and political strategy to fill the American judiciary with ultra-conservative judges. The strategy and its goals were published in August 1973 and have been fulfilled patiently ever since. The results are plain to see, from Dobbs vs. Jackson to gerrymandering, voter suppression and anti-immigration decisions in federal courts at all levels.
