Alzheimer’s Action Plan – Community Education & Input Session

The Vermont Department of Health and the Alzheimer’s Association need your help to develop strategies that support the needs of those living with dementia, their caregivers, and families. This session will begin with a presentation from the Alzheimer’s Association; afterward, there will be a guided discussion during which folks may share their experiences about navigating healthcare, finding community supports, the stress of being a family caregiver and more.
