Meeting Room Booking

This room is intended for events that are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, such as library programs, discussion groups, or free workshops.  Some private meetings might be allowed during certain times – subject to librarian approval. This room is NOT available on a drop-in basis.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Maximum capacity is 42 people
• You are responsible for advertising your event.
• Events must not involve selling any items or receiving donations.
• No group may monopolize the room
• Your event may be rescheduled if the library needs to use the space. We will give you as much notice as possible if we need to move your event. 

To book your event at the library:

• Use the calendar to find the date you want and click on it
• Click on the time you would like access to the room, and then click on the time by which you will be DONE (including clean-up of the space)
• Click the “REQUEST THIS ROOM” button
• Fill out the form that pops up as directed. USE THE SPECIAL REQUESTS FIELD to make any important requests or questions you want to ask us.
  • For example: “Can we bring coffee and snacks?”

To book your event SERIES:

• Find the FIRST DATE of your series on the calendar and click on it
• Click on the time you would like access to the room, and then click on the time by which you will be DONE (including clean-up of the space)
• Click the “REQUEST THIS ROOM” button
• Fill out the form and USE THE SPECIAL REQUESTS FIELD to request that your event be a series and how long it will run (and any other important requests or scheduling info you want us to know)
  • For example: “Please book this event as a series occurring on second Tuesdays throughout 2024. We will not need the room on July 9^th or August 13^th”
