Each presentation is preceded by Open Office hours with Brad Long of Efficiency Vermont, 3:00-5:00 on the library’s first floor. This is an opportunity for community members to have a personal conversation with Brad Long of Efficiency Vermont to discuss their home, apartment or business energy use and what can be done to reduce it while becoming more comfortable.

Heat Pumps are an important part of Vermont’s de-carbonization efforts and for many homes, apartments and businesses, they may be a smart addition or replacement to your existing heating and cooling system.  Efficiency Vermont welcomes you to come learn about the types of heat pumps that are available, how they work and if one might be right for you.  In addition, we’ll discuss how to find the right contractor and some common pitfalls or misconceptions about their operation and performance.  Join us for this free presentation and take home a free LED bulb for attending!
