Join Edible Brattleboro for a fun, hands on, and interactive cooking experience at Brooks Memorial Library on Monday April 23rd from 5-7pm! Together we will prepare vegan buddha bowls that include: tofu, legumes, veggies, and rice, and homemade tahini dressing.
