Black Mountain Assisted Family Living
Description
BMAFL works to provide stable and permanent housing for adults with developmental disabilities.
We own several properties and rent to shared living providers at below market value. The adult with the developmental disability can live in the space for as long as they wish, and the shared living provider leaves when they can no longer do the job. This eliminates disruptive transitions for the adult with a developmental disability.
